The patent issued on March 4th, 2014 as US 8,666,781 and protects AiCure’s medication adherence dashboard solution, AiDashboardTM. To establish and ensure adoption of any medication adherence solution, patients must be given multiple ways to confirm adherence to a particular medication protocol. Protection from this newly issued patent covers the unique method of capturing and displaying multiple sources of medication adherence information on a dashboard for healthcare professionals. Medication adherence sources may include data captured from AiView® , an Automated DOT® solution, video, audio, self-reporting, or any other medication adherence data input.
