Ed Ikeguchi MD

Chief Executive Officer

Directs strategic vision. Prior to joining AiCure as Chief Medical Officer, he was previously a co-founder and Chief Medical Officer at Medidata for nearly a decade, where he also served on their board of directors. Dr. Ikeguchi served as assistant professor of clinical urology at Columbia University, where he has experience using healthcare technology solutions as a clinical investigator in numerous trials sponsored by both the commercial industry and the National Institutes of Health.

Rich Christie MD PhD

Chief Medical Officer

Oversees the medical and scientific aspects of the AiCure portfolio. Dr. Christie brought extensive C-suite and clinical experience to AiCure when he first joined as Chief Development Officer, building on his previous experience as Global Head, Development Science and Innovation at Roche, as Vice President, External Research and Early Development at Johnson & Johnson, and CEO of Solaris Therapeutics. Rich received an SB from MIT, and an MD/PhD from Harvard, where he patented and developed novel optical methods for the study of Alzheimer’s disease.

Lei Guan

Chief Technology Officer

Leads development and deployment of large-scale cloud and mobile B2B solutions using AI and big data. Mr. Guan is an engineer and entrepreneur with more than 12 years of experience in developing and deploying AI systems that solve real-world problems. He joined AiCure in 2010 as a founding engineer. He received his master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Temple University and currently holds six patents.

Brian Jung MBA MPH

Chief Financial Officer

Manages financial actions and capital structure. Mr. Jung has extensive experience building corporate infrastructure and raising funds for AI-enabled healthcare technology companies, having previously served as CFO at Arterys, Karius, and Nanomix. As Chief Business Development Officer at Alameda Hospital, he helped to create the Alameda Health System, and worked to provide the State of California with health information exchange (HIE) as CFO at Cal eConnect.

Gordon Kessler

General Counsel, Chief Administrative Officer

Manages the legal, intellectual property, regulatory, and quality functions. One of the founders of AiCure, Mr. Kessler was previously the first Chief Patent Counsel at LeCroy Corporation where he developed and implemented a strategic plan for managing all LeCroy IP, oversaw patent and other company litigation, and was involved with the purchase of two companies by LeCroy. He has extensive experience preparing patent applications, infringement, and invalidity opinions for nearly 25 years, and is registered to practice before The United States Patent and Trademark Office. Gordon holds a Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering from the Moore School of Engineering at the University of Pennsylvania, and a Master’s of Business Administration from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Gordon also received his Juris Doctor degree from Duke University School of Law.

Michelle Marlborough

Chief Operations Officer

Oversees both the Operations and Product teams responsible for the product direction, definition and delivery of the company’s award-winning artificial intelligence platform. With over 24 years of experience in life sciences and software development, Michelle has been at the forefront of transforming clinical trials through innovative technology and analytics and previously held the positions of Vice President of Product Management at Veeva and Vice President of Product Strategy at Medidata Solutions. Before making the shift to the technology sector, Michelle worked in data management roles at GlaxoSmithKline and AstraZeneca. There she experienced firsthand the industry’s struggle with outdated processes and systems. Michelle earned her bachelors of science degree in biology and mathematics from Coventry University.

Jennifer Mintz

Chief Revenue Officer

Her most recent role was Chief Commercial Officer at Firma Clinical Research, overseeing Business Development, Marketing, and Contracts and Proposals. After graduating with a Master of Science Degree in Hospitality Administration from Johnson & Wales University, Jennifer has spent close to 25 years working in Business Development. Her focus shifted to the clinical research space for more than 12 years including managing business development teams in patient recruitment, full service CRO’s, e-clinical technology, and decentralized trials.

Earnest Offley

VP of People Operations

Champions the growth and development of AiCure's culture and talent while supporting the company's executives and team leaders to drive sustainable, diverse growth. Mr. Offley has a track record of success in driving transformation and delivering impact and outcomes for high-growth startups, Fortune 500, and public organizations. Prior to AiCure, he served as Director of Human Resources for Building Hope Holdings where he implemented HR across the entire organization as their first HR executive. Prior to Building Hope, Mr. Offley was at the Cambridge Housing Authority where he was the youngest HR executive in the organization’s history. He also worked for the Boston Public Schools (BPS) as their Human Capital School Business Partner.

Lynne Rowland

Chief Marketing Officer

Leads go-to-market strategy and branding efforts. She brings a broad perspective on healthcare and life sciences technology solutions. Ms. Rowland has been in healthcare since 2006, having previously served as Chief Marketing Officer for GE Healthcare's Clinical Systems Services division. She also worked as a partner at Suazio Consulting for seven years where her role included marketing consulting, brand strategy, new product commercialization, and other projects across global Life Sciences and healthcare clients. Previously, she led marketing for a number of other organizations including for The Advisory Board Company through its sale to Optum.
