Ed Ikeguchi MD

Chief Executive Officer

Directs strategic vision. Prior to joining AiCure as Chief Medical Officer, he was previously a co-founder and Chief Medical Officer at Medidata for nearly a decade, where he also served on their board of directors. Dr. Ikeguchi served as assistant professor of clinical urology at Columbia University, where he has experience using healthcare technology solutions as a clinical investigator in numerous trials sponsored by both the commercial industry and the National Institutes of Health.

Rich Christie MD PhD

Chief Medical Officer

Oversees the medical and scientific aspects of the AiCure portfolio. Dr. Christie brought extensive C-suite and clinical experience to AiCure when he first joined as Chief Development Officer, building on his previous experience as Global Head, Development Science and Innovation at Roche, as Vice President, External Research and Early Development at Johnson & Johnson, and CEO of Solaris Therapeutics. Rich received an SB from MIT, and an MD/PhD from Harvard, where he patented and developed novel optical methods for the study of Alzheimer’s disease.

Gordon Kessler

General Counsel, Chief Administrative Officer

Manages the legal, intellectual property, regulatory, and quality functions. One of the founders of AiCure, Mr. Kessler was previously the first Chief Patent Counsel at LeCroy Corporation where he developed and implemented a strategic plan for managing all LeCroy IP, oversaw patent and other company litigation, and was involved with the purchase of two companies by LeCroy. He has extensive experience preparing patent applications, infringement, and invalidity opinions for nearly 25 years, and is registered to practice before The United States Patent and Trademark Office. Gordon holds a Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering from the Moore School of Engineering at the University of Pennsylvania, and a Master’s of Business Administration from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Gordon also received his Juris Doctor degree from Duke University School of Law.

Earnest Offley

Chief People and Diversity Officer

Champions the growth and development of AiCure's culture and talent while supporting the company's executives and team leaders to drive sustainable, diverse growth. Mr. Offley has a track record of success in driving transformation and delivering impact and outcomes for high-growth startups, Fortune 500, and public organizations. Prior to AiCure, he served as Director of Human Resources for Building Hope Holdings where he implemented HR across the entire organization as their first HR executive. Prior to Building Hope, Mr. Offley was at the Cambridge Housing Authority where he was the youngest HR executive in the organization’s history. He also worked for the Boston Public Schools (BPS) as their Human Capital School Business Partner.

Josh Wilson

SVP Operations

Oversees Operations teams responsible for delivery of the company’s platform and site services. Prior to joining AiCure, Mr. Wilson was most recently at Syneos Health and INC Research for nearly two decades where he was responsible for building and managing data management and technology implementation teams as well as driving innovative strategies and strategic vendor engagements. He has extensive experience in configuring and deploying technical solutions and driving operational excellence. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Biology from UNC Greensboro.
